Who are we and what do we do

Please read about our upcoming special events on Al Gore’s new documentary film and its accompanying book: “An Inconvenient Sequel: Truth to Power” Comes to Indonesia.

The Climate Reality Project Indonesia is a branch of The Climate Reality Project, a nonprofit organization founded and chaired by Nobel Laureate and former U.S. Vice President Al Gore.

The Climate Reality Project Indonesia supports a group of diverse and dedicated volunteers who have been personally trained by former Vice President Gore. These Climate Leaders work to educate the public about the reality of climate change and promote both local and global solutions. The Climate Reality Project supports the work of more than 1000 Climate Leaders in Indonesia and over 46.000 in 152 countries around the world, with an age range of 12-87.

Climate Leaders come from diverse backgrounds and include business leaders, professionals, educators, athletes, musicians, scientists, actors, students and religious leaders. The Climate Reality Project has official branches that support its climate leaders in Africa, Australia, Brazil, Canada, China, Europe, India, Indonesia, Mexico and the Philippines.
